Clonidine + gabapentin definitely smushes my anxiety, but the gabapentin gives me horrible brain fog and melts me into the couch, unless I am already up and moving around, then it’s easy to stay active and alert. Gabapentin (Neuraptine) Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant medication used to treat seizures, neuropathic pain, hot flashes, and restless leg syndrome. Gabapentin is sold under the brand name Neurontin.
