Gabapentin fatigue I am currently on 600mg x 3 of gabapentin for PHN. I have been on this dose for about 5-6 weeks. I am still so tired. Mostly in the afternoon after my 2nd dose of the day. I am ok after my morning dose and even who cares, I'm going to sleep anyway. I still get breakthrough pain. I take it to help be productive during the day else my skin is on fire and I am unable to do anything. During the night I take it for sleep for the same reason, it does fatigue you but considering the alternative i deal with it. I’m going to talk to my doc about possibly increasing it to combat the extreme fatigue from the new higher dose of gabapentin. I feel an amazing difference since increasing the dose huge reduction in pain, sleeping through the night every night, but the fatigue is a definite issue since it’s so drastic that it’s effecting my everyday life.
