My migraines are stress-induced, and gabapentin is also prescribed for anxiety, so maybe the reduced stress levels are what make it work in my instance. Mine are too. I take G at the first sign of a tension/stress headache and it prevents the headache from progressing into a migraine. Great stuff. To me at least, it feels very similar to a strong codeine buzz. I'm perfectly alert and functional but my anxiety is completely gone, I get more enjoyment from Gabapentin feels more druggy, but because of that Phenibut just feels more like an enhanced version of myself which I prefer and I tend to have more good experiences on Phenibut.
