I take 600 mg of gabapentin a night for anxiety and bipolar disorder. I am not allowed to have stimulants due to it possibly causing a manic episode and I have to limit my caffeine during the day as well. I am constantly sleepy and am not sure what to do. The idea is that you take it at night to avoid the drowsiness and still get the benefit of it during the day. I don't know if that's something you're interested in?
